1.The i3radio service

i3radio is like a radio receiver. The i3radio Service consists of an index of radio stations designed to simplify the search for radio, whether it is available through our website or through any software application available for mobile devices, computers. i3radio is not a broadcaster and its directory service simply redirects users to specific content providers according to their publicly available services. i3radio is an intermediary that connects users with radios that broadcast over the Internet. i3radio does not own any of the brands it lists nor does it claim any rights to the content that listeners can access. i3radio complies with third party rights laws. i3radio is not responsible for any content broadcast by any of the listed radio stations.

2. Changes in the i3radio service

i3radio may change, add or remove features and functionality of its service without notice. i3radio will not be responsible for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service. If you are not satisfied with the changes to the service, your only option is to stop using i3radio.

To access the i3radio Service as a visitor/listener, registration is not required.

To add a radio station if the radio needs to be registered:
- Provide accurate and complete information and update your account when necessary to keep your radio current.
- Do not use false identities or duplicate radio stations.

i3radio may suspend your account if it is suspected that you do not comply with the rules of the i3radio site.

5. Use of the i3radio service

Our service is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use and you may not transfer the i3radio Service to any third party. You agree that you will not resell, sublicense, transfer, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the i3radio Service, in whole or in part. You agree that you will not use the i3radio Service illegally and that you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it (by modifying, adapting or hacking it).

When using the i3radio Service through a mobile device, your wireless carrier's standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for such fees and charges.

6. Third Party Content

Third party content may be copyrighted and protected. We are not responsible for the nature of Third Party Content. The i3radio Service provides you with the ability to listen to and access Third Party Content over which i3radio does not exercise any editorial or programming control. We are not responsible for the nature of Third Party Content.

7. Advertisements and sponsorships

i3radio may display advertisements for third party goods and/or services or other promotional materials through the i3radio website. Your participation in promotions of third party advertisers through i3radio is solely between you and such third party and your participation is subject to the terms and conditions associated with that advertisement or promotion. By using the i3radio Service, you agree that i3radio is not responsible for any damages or losses of any kind incurred as a result of participation in such promotions.

8. Termination of Service

You may terminate your account and your right to use the i3radio Service at any time by contacting info@i3radio.com However, i3radio has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any or no reason, with or without prior notice. i3radio may also permanently delete your Content on the i3radio Service (if any) at any time, without notice.
